The Spring Festival is our biggest annual fundraiser and we need YOUR help to be successful! If you’re new around here, we’re so happy that you have joined the HCS family!! You may have a few questions and we’ll try to answer them below.

How can I help?

We ask that each family sign up for a block of time to help here.

 

We also ask that each family donate 1 to 2 items for auction with a total value of $100.

Anything you would want to bid on. We love seeing a variety of items donated every year.

When do these items need to be at school?

By Friday, April 26th or sooner.

 

May I donate an item(s) valued at more than $100?

Absolutely! 75+ larger ticketed items will be included in the Live Auction

 

What time does the Silent Auction start? 

4:00pm

 

What time does the Silent Auction end?

8:00pm

 

I’d like to bid for items in the Silent Auction. How do I participate?

Sign up at the table that says ‘Check-In Here’ located near the upper elementary school classrooms. 

You will be assigned a number.

Use that number on the bidding sheets associated with items you’d like to win.

Keep checking back on your desired item(s) to make sure you’re the top bidder.

Or check with the Silent Auction sign up table at 8:00pm to see if you’ve won.

You can claim your item(s) by paying via cash, check, Venmo or FACTS (this option is for HCS families only).

 

What time does the Live Auction start?

6:30pm

 

What time does the Live Auction end?

When all items have been auctioned off.

 

I’d like to bid for items in the Live Auction. How do I participate?

If you haven’t already, sign up at the table that says ‘Check-In Here’ located near the upper elementary school classrooms. 

You will be assigned a number.

Use that number at bidding time to claim your stake on items.

You can claim your item(s) by paying via cash, check, Venmo or FACTS (this option is for HCS families only).

 

How do I know if my item(s) is/ are acceptable for donation?

If you are uncertain about the item(s) you are thinking of donating, text or call these ladies. They're more than happy to help! >> Crystal Van Die (559) 903-1262 and Anne Van Eyk (559) 978-3629.

 

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes, there will be food trucks selling goods in the parking lot on the west side of the gymnasium.

 

What will be available for the kiddos?

Bounce house, carnival games, tot zone, and much more!

All of the above are included with the purchase of a $25 wristband.

 

Where will wristbands be sold?

At the Ticket Booth.

 

What form of payment(s) will be accepted?

Cash or charge to your FACTS account (this option is for HCS families only).

 

Will there be live entertainment?

Yes, a live animal show with Reptile Ron will be held in the Elementary courtyard.
